What is Misty Hunter?

Misty Hunter is a PvE extraction action RPG that blends Soulslike combat, extraction survival, and camp progression. Choose one of six classes, delve into mist-shrouded danger zones, scavenge resources, defeat enemies and bosses, extract safely within the time limit, and bring loot back to upgrade your camp facilities and gear — forming a complete explore-fight-extract-upgrade loop.

  • Perfect Parry System: Precise parries break enemy posture bars and trigger execution damage — the core combat mechanic
  • Mist Exploration: Maps shrouded in mist with limited vision; gradually reveal as you explore. Enemies and bosses lurk within the fog
  • Extraction Loop: Scavenge → Fight → Extract → Upgrade camp, 15-25 min per run

Complete Tutorial
First launch: learn movement, dodge, block, attack, scavenge & extraction basics. ~15 min.
Step 2
Choose Starter Class
Recommended: Iron Guard (forgiving) or Huntbow (ranged safety). Read Beginner's Guide for class overview.
Step 3
First Run: Mistwood Valley
Enter Mistwood Valley, stick to edge routes for basic resources. Don't go deep into boss zones. Extract within 15 min.
Step 4
Initial Camp Setup
Priority: upgrade Blacksmith (unlock reinforcement) and Alchemy Station (unlock potions).
Step 5
First Boss Challenge
After weapon +3, challenge your first boss 'Mist Guardian'. See Boss Guide for mechanics.
Step 6
Unlock Second Map
Clear Mistwood Valley main story to unlock Ancient Battlefield Ruins. Harder but better rewards.
